Order Processing and Shipping
- We Ship from California, United States.
- Orders are Processed and Shipped In 3-4 Business Days (excluding Weekends and Holidays).
- You will be sent an email with your order tracking information once your Order has been Shipped.
Order Confirmation, Order Assistance, and Cancellations
- Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your SPAM folder. If you do not receive an email, please contact us.

- We will not be able to cancel after it has been processed, so please contact us immediately after placing the order if you need any assistance.
Address Change and Order Delivery
- Please Review and Ensure that your Address is Correct prior to placing your order and once you receive the email Order Confirmation. Please contact us immediately if any changes to the address are needed prior to shipment. Once an order is shipped, we cannot fix the address.
- We are not responsible for non-delivery do to errors in the address that you provide. If a package is returned due to an error in address, we will provide a refund from the original order, excluding the shipping fee. You will be notified if your package is returned to us and can resubmit the order with the correct address.
